How do I get started?

1. Please register for a FREE account to get started using the What Miami website to your benefit.
2. Verify that your venue is not listed in the directory. If it is, please contact us for verification of representation.
3. If your venue is not listed in the directory, please click on "Add Your Business / Venue" at the top of this page.

What should I include/not include in my directory listing?

• We suggest that you write an detailed description of what our readers can expect when coming to visit your establishment.
• Directory listings must be written in 3rd person only.
• According to What Miami standards of quality, our editors on staff will remove any statement such as "best in town" if it not backed up by fact. To read more about our standards of quality, please click here.

How do I upload an image?

• Simply use the appropriate field on the edit page.  Click on Browse to select an image on your computer, and press Upload. 
• Minimum file sizes for thumbnail are: 180 pixels wide by 120 pixels tall.
• Minimum file sizes for banner are: 675 pixels wide by 250 pixels tall.

How do I find the events that are going on at my venue?

• Use the "events happening here" field when submitting or editing your event.
• Please note that most events, when published, are linked automatically to the venue where such event is taking place.

Will I receive a confirmation that my venue is included in the What Miami directory?

• You will receive an confirmation that your venue was successfully submitted, to the email which you used to register. If you are not sure what email address you used, please go to access your account page by clicking on the "my account" link on the top bar of this page.

How can I promote my business with What Miami?

• Please register for a FREE account before contacting our sales team by clicking HERE. 
• We encourage that you read our Advertising pages prior to contacting us so that you can have a basic understanding of the outstanding products which What Miami offers for your business.

What methods of payment do you accept?

• At this time, we accept only personal and corporate checks. We will soon accept Paypal and credit cards.  All services must be paid for prior to being rendered by What Miami.
