AltaMare’s wine pairing dinner returns as owner Claudio Giordano and Executive Chef Simon Stojanovic host a September “Pairings and Pours” event, Wednesday, September 8 at 7:30 pm. Guests will enjoy a prix fixe menu featuring a variety of AltaMare’s freshly-caught seafood, organic meats, and house made pasta, each expertly paired with wines of Italy’s highly-acclaimed Livio Felluga and Capezzana wineries.
