AltaMare is the new restaurant by highly-acclaimed restaurateur Claudio Giordano and veteran Chef Simon Stojanovic. The warm and inviting restaurant designed by Juan Carlos Arcila-Duque features an open kitchen, chef’s table, intimate bar and private dining room.
Simon Stojanovic, formally of Michael’s Genuine, puts a special spin on AltaMare's menu, featuring locally caught, pristine seafood, organic (sustainable) meats and house made pastas. As many menu items feature daily-caught fish, menu items are subject to change.
Meanwhile, pastry Chef Crystal Cullison indulges even the most demanding sweet tooth with her sumptuous creations.
Altamare is located on the west end of Lincoln Road, just steps away from the new promenade and public plaza, perfect for an after-dinner stroll.

Came here for mamas bday this past weekend. server was very friendly and efficient and helpful. tried some ceviche for a steep price in reference to size, tasty but nothing amazing, and mussels in curry sauce, it was prob my mistake for ordering what i did but it wasn't all that great, however mama and sister loved their meals and the bottle of vino plus 3 lil creme brulees for dessert, nice for a scenic bday dinner but thats bout it.
