Popular among beach locals

Popular among beach locals for its great breakfast, Balans also offers good prices and tasty nosh for lunch and dinner. It's a great place to sit and people watch on Lincoln road with decent service and a great late-night happy hour. They have a nice hummus plate, along with other light appetizer fare, and other Mediterranean and Asian-inspired items. My favorite entree is the sweet potato souffle with creamy Alfredo sauce, a bit heavy, but really delicious and vegiterian-friendly.
