Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant in downtown Miami offers the benefits of a full kitchen, brewery, happy hour spot, and live music all rolled into one. The menu ranges from great burgers and fries to finger foods, seafood, and desserts. Aside from the burgers, the food is far from worth the price you are paying, this is why it's all about the happy hour, when appetizers are offered for less than $5 and Martinis, Margaritas, Mojitos, wine, and lagers are all discounted.
Choose between the draft Golden Export lager, the Bavarian-style Hefe Weizen and Marzen, the Bohemian-style Czech Pilsner, the dark Schwarzbier, or try the seasonal selection freshly brewed year round.
Located right on Brickell Avenue, the building was designed by Minoru Yamasaki, the architect of the World Trade Center. The Brickell location has created a distinctive dining environment that offers a festive weekend brunch, lunch, dinner and bar dining. Surrounded by modern décor and handsome wood furnishings, guests are able to watch the brewing process through the glass walled brewery. Live music is played outside on the weekends.
Good ambiance. Good drink specials. Perfect place to watch the game. Overall a great experience and once surely to be repeated.
czech pilsner was great, crab and artichoke dip was mostly all cream cheese, it was not that fab, kobe cheeseburger was delicious and garlic fries awesome. nice to sit out on the patio and enjoy a fresh brew
I went here for a party with a group and found the beer excellent but the food was a little pricey and the portions were small. The taste was a little above average for this type of establishment and the service was friendly and fast. I should try it for a regular diner and see if it is any better.
If you have to have great beer with diner,
Jeff
