This award-winning restaurant makes its U.S. debut on the fourth-floor rooftop of the Fontainebleau Miami Beach Hotel and features a stunning sleek and contemporary décor.

Hakkasan restaurant pays homage to Chef Alan Yau’s ethnicity – ‘Hakka’ refers to the people from the New Territories of Hong Kong while ‘san’ is the respectful Japanese form of address. Alan Yau is praised for single-handedly changing the face of Chinese cuisine within the United Kingdom and is the owner of Britain’s only Michelin-rated Chinese restaurant, which is also named Hakkasan. Hakkasan at the Fontainebleau offers a diverse menu of New World wines and sake to complement Yau’s inventive Chinese fare.

Although Hakkasan is rooted deep in the culinary traditions of China, the restaurant’s philosophy and cuisine is not chained by conventions. Menu items include congeestir frysoupsvegetables and dumplings which can be served either seared, deep fried and steamed.

Enjoy validated parking of $10 when you savor a variety of delectable dining at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach Hotel.
