Open 24 hours a day, everyday! Located at the humble yet luxurious Catalina Hotel and Beach Club, Maxine’s Bistro & Bar is known to have the best Challah French Toast in South Beach, served daily with other breakfast specials until 3pm.
Try the fresh, delicious ground sirloin burgers, served on a brioche with fries and salad, such as the Obama Burger with red tomatoes, white onion and blue cheese, the Israeli burger with hummus the way Zohan likes it, the Argentinean with tangy Chimichurri sauce, the French with melted brie and Cabernet-sautéed mushrooms, and many more!
Maxine’s bohemian vibe and eclectic music keeps guests tempted to stay and lounge all day long. A juicy 10 ounce classic burger with fries served with an ice-cold Stella Artois.

I went to a party here after a movie screening and didn't find it that comfortable. The drinks were good but average for a South Beach Club. I found the partons a little cold and the seats a bit stiff. I would recommend it for a big group on a nice night. There are lots of places to choose from in South Beach and this is not one of the best.
