Yet another fine dining experience offered by the Myles Restaurant Group, Prime Italian is conveniently located on Ocean Drive where South Beach comes to life.  This venue features a raw bar featuring various seafood cocktails, a selection of Petrossian Caviars, and oysters from both U.S. coasts.  If you are looking for the best Italian in all of Miami then this may be just the place for you.  The Prosciutto is aged for 500 days and can be served alongside a daily selection of artisanal cheeses and house-made Grissini.  Common traditional Italian and American fares such as Veal/Chicken/Eggplant Parmesan and (Truffle) Mac N Cheese are given a serious touch of class and contain only top-quality ingredients.

The chef's specialties are priced within the $40 range, but it will be difficult not to want to try everything on the menu. Don't miss out on the house-made Tiramisu Semifredo w/ Chocolate Ganache - a decadent treat amongst the delicious desserts!

The restaurant continually changes its wine menu and so you should email them directly to find out their current seasonal offerings.  You are welcome to bring in your wine of choice as the venue does offer a corkage fee.
