Located on the lobby level of Fontainebleau Miami Beach Hotel's Sorrento, Scarpetta by Scott Conant features a light, airy and sophisticated interior. Scarpetta restaurant displays a refined nautical palette, with elements that reference mid-century Italian design with floor to ceiling columns reminiscent of coral or weather-worn driftwood which line the windows, adding an organic, sculptural element.

Scott Conant, formerly of L’Impero and Alto, is at the helm of Fontainebleau's Scarpetta Italian restaurant - an outpost of his recently opened restaurant of the same name in New York City's Meatpacking District. The restaurant features gorgeous ocean and poolside views, a wrap around veranda, as well as casual dining areas and a cocktail lounge.

The restaurant’s bold architectural features highlight Conant’s regional menu comprised of clean, crisp flavors prepared in layers to reflect the quality of locally sourced ingredients.
