STK, New York’s sexiest steakhouse, provides a one-of-a-kind dining experience in Miami's Gansevoort South Beach Hotel. A stylish diversion from the traditional steakhouse ambience, STK Miami is a sleek, sensual addition to South Beach.
Spearheaded by Executive Chef Todd Mark Miller, STK spices up their infamous New York menu with South Beach's recognizable flavors, sparing no expense on bringing premium cuts of meat to the table. In addition to a variety of steakhouse staples, Chef Miller's menu also offers a delectable array of salads, seafood, and vegetarian items.
Miami inspired selections include Seared Big Eye Tuna with roasted pineapple, habanero chili pepper & congri basmati rice, and the Pork Mojo Cazuela with citrus chili maduros & yuca. Die hard STK fans can also revel in their favorite standout dishes from STK LA and New York, such as the Shrimp Rice Krispies, Foie Gras French Toast and Lil' Big Macs, as well as STK's signature cuts of meat in small, medium, and large. With female friendly portion sizes, satisfying cravings ranging from petite to voracious, STK is a perfect destination for all appetites.
Designed by award-winning design firm ICRAVE, STK Miami blends the sun-bleached palate of Miami with its signature, sleek decor, resulting in an inviting and stylish environment featuring a soft, relaxed and muted combination of natural materials and colors. Nude tones are complimented by natural gray suede and sophisticated white leather.
A catwalk across the back bar delivers a dramatic production as guests ascend to the mezzanine level of the restaurant, and a glazed screen, spanning the double height space of the main atrium, depicts an abstract shape of a woman's body reflecting off the glass. Upstairs, a second dining room complete with a bar and private dining space overlooks the main area, allowing guests to discreetly observe the Miami social scene or be the center of it - whichever they choose.
